Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept Visa or Mastercard.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet.
Delivery Schedule All items are available direct from stock & we aim to deliver your order right away, usually within 2-4 working days. Shipments are sent by TNT courier service & can be delivered to your home or work address. They do need to be signed for, so if you are not at home a card will be left with a contact number & tracking number so that you can contact TNT & arrange a convenient day/time when someone will be there.
Back Orders We hold large stocks of the whole range, however if for any reason your chosen item is not in stock, we will always contact you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait until the new stock arrives.
Tax Charges GST at 10% is included in the prices as shown.
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee Our towel rails & heating elements are guaranteed for 2-years from the date of purchase. The guarantee is limited to replacement of a faulty rail or element, it does not cover any consequential costs such as electrical work if the item has been 'hard wired'.
